Group Delivery Lead

Scope of Role

The Hardware Group Lead is responsible for complete ownership of design, development and maintenance of electronics ECU.

Knowledge / Experience

• 8+ Years of Experience in Electronics Hardware design in automotive domain
• Handling multiple projects, Resource management, Vendor coordination.
• Good experience in planning, scheduling & tracking product development milestones.
• Experience in component shortage handling, component selection process.
• Coordination with cross functional team, customer and supplier interaction
• Experience in complete production development cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Hardware Part Number Management
• Create, maintain, and validate hardware part numbers in relevant systems.
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy, compliance, and traceability.

• Change Order Management
• Manage engineering change orders (ECOs) and ensure timely implementation.
• Track, document, and communicate changes across stakeholders.

• Manufacturing Alignment
• Coordinate with manufacturing teams to align on hardware changes.
• Ensure smooth implementation of changes without production disruption.

• KDP (Key Data Process / Product Data) Management
• Maintain and manage KDP-related data with high accuracy.
• Ensure data consistency across systems and lifecycle stages.

• Maintenance Phase Execution
• Independently execute maintenance-phase responsibilities
• Handle tasks with minimal or no guidance from the purchaser.

• Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication
• Collaborate proactively with Functional Application teams and other stakeholders.
• Provide clear communication, regular progress updates, and timely issue escalation.
