Performance Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our global Digital Marketing team. This role is focused on hands-on campaign execution across paid social and programmatic channels, helping Storytel reach and engage new audiences.

You will spend most of your time in Smartly.io and DV360, making sure campaigns are launched correctly, run smoothly, and deliver against our goals. You’ll also support campaign execution directly in advertising platforms like Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads Manager, Reddit Ads Manager, and Pinterest Ads Manager when needed.

This role is suited for someone who enjoys being close to the tools, ensuring campaigns go live without issues, and collaborating with both our central Digital Marketing team and local marketing teams.

What you’ll do

• Set up, launch, and monitor campaigns in DV360 (programmatic: YouTube & Display).
• Execute paid social campaigns, primarily via Smartly.io, and occasionally directly in platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, and Pinterest.
• Ensure campaigns are launched on time, error-free, and in line with creative and targeting briefs.
• Troubleshoot campaign delivery issues, checking tracking, creative uploads, and targeting accuracy.
• Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing team and local market teams to support flawless execution.
• Assist with campaign optimizations and reporting where needed.

What you’ll bring

• Hands-on experience with DV360 (must-have).
• Knowledge of Smartly.io is a massive advantage (but training can be provided).
• Familiarity with direct platform ad managers (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, Pinterest).
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and workflows quickly.
• A collaborative, solution-oriented approach to working with global and local teams.
