PIM Coordinator

Now, we’re looking for a PIM (Product Information Management) Coordinator early in their career to join our Deal Desk team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of product master data and help ensure our customer-facing systems are accurate, structured, and up to date.

What you'll be doing

• Responsible for product master data across systems ERP and Foxway Digital Platform.
• Maintain data quality, structures and standards.
• Responsible for product creation, updates, and lifecycle management.
• Support daily work related to products, services, and bundles.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes, sustainability goals, and quality standards.
• You will work closely with Deal Desk, Sales & Customer Success, and IT department.

Who we are looking for

• You are early in your career (0–3 years of experience) and eager to grow within IT-enabled business processes like handling master data, ERP-systems and digital product descriptions and specifications.
• Ability to work both operationally and structurally.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Finance, Business or Supply Chain Management, or other Education relevant to excel at Foxway.
• Based and are able to work in our HQ in Stockholm (Solna).
