You will step into a broad HR role where operational support, employee relations, and compliance all matter in everyday decisions. In this assignment, you will work closely with managers across the organization and support the full range of HR activities, from day-to-day people matters to structured HR process execution.

You will help ensure that HR processes run smoothly, support managers in people-related topics, and contribute to a well-functioning collaboration with employee representatives. • You will provide hands-on operational HR support to the organization and its managers across a wide range of people-related topics.
• You will help ensure that HR processes are carried out effectively and in line with internal guidelines.
• You will manage employee relations matters and support dialogue with unions and employee representatives.
• You will prepare and conduct union information and negotiation meetings.
• You will contribute to compliance within Swedish labour law, work environment regulations, and internal policies.
• You will build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as a trusted HR partner in day-to-day matters.

• Experience from an HR Generalist role or a similar operational HR role
• Good knowledge of Swedish labour law and work environment regulations
• Experience interacting with unions or employee representatives
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English
• A service-oriented and structured way of working, with the ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously
