Assignment Overview

We are seeking a Service Application Engineer

What You Will Work On

• Define technical scopes for overhauls, repairs, and spare parts requirements
• Collaborate with Sales Manager to prepare technical proposals and scope details
• Recommend service bulletins, modifications, and improvements to enhance performance, availability, and reliability
• Define site activities, tooling, instruments, spare parts, and consumables needed for overhauls
• Support modernization and upgrade projects, including scoping for sales and execution phases
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues by proposing tailored technical solutions
• Lead execution of maintenance projects as technical lead, collaborating with project managers and site teams
• Ensure smooth handover from sales to execution and maintain technical support throughout the project lifecycle
• Contribute to preparation of Long-Term Program (LTP) contracts by providing technical feedback and turbine scope details

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields)
• Technical experience with gas turbines or other rotating equipment (Siemens turbines experience is a plus)
• Strong collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Problem-solving mindset and adaptability
• Ability to coordinate technical discussions, lead meetings, and present scopes to clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in IT systems and tools related to engineering and maintenance
• Fluent in English
• Experience with medium-sized gas turbine maintenance is meritorious
• Experience in service business environments is a plus
• Knowledge of rotary equipment maintenance is advantageous
