Assignment Description

We are looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer

What You Will Work On

• Manage supplier qualification, part and process validation activities
• Conduct supplier audits and ensure compliance with QMS and regulatory requirements
• Drive supplier quality improvements through structured continuous improvement initiatives
• Handle deviations and lead root cause analysis and CAPA processes
• Collaborate with engineering, sourcing, project management, and business teams
• Support supplier onboarding, product introductions, and product transfers
• Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Ensure alignment between supplier capabilities and product requirements
• Execute supplier audit plans and perform technical evaluations

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• Experience in supplier quality engineering or supplier development
• Strong problem-solving skills with experience in root cause analysis and CAPA processes
• Knowledge of industrial process control and validation/qualification methods
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive quality improvements
• Experience working in manufacturing, engineering, or quality environments
