Site Manager / Commissioning Engineer / Maskinoperatör

PROJiGO AB is a company focusing on technical service to the food industry. Our customers are large suppliers of equipment to the dairy and beverage industry.

We are now looking for a Site Manager / Commissioning Engineer.

What you will do

As a Site Manager, you will have a key role in delivering technical service to our customers, taking overall responsibility for on-site activities during installation and commissioning phases.

Your main tasks will include:

• Leading and coordinating on-site work at customer facilities
• Managing commissioning activities, including start-up and fine-tuning of processing units such as pasteurizers, CIP plants, etc.
• Acting as the main point of contact between the customer, suppliers, and internal teams
• Supervising subcontractors and ensuring work is performed according to plan, quality, and safety standards
• Handling documentation, reporting, and progress follow-ups

The position is based from your home anywhere in the world and will include up to 200 travelling days per year.

Since the position involves worldwide travelling, you need to have strong social skills and the ability to adapt to different environments and cultures. In your role as Site Manager, you will take on a leading position at customer sites, making it important that you are communicative, structured, and solution-oriented.

You have:

• A technical education, preferably within automation, process, or mechanical engineering
• Solid experience from commissioning and/or site management
• A systematic approach and strong documentation skills
• The ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders
• Hands-on experience and a willingness to be involved in practical work when needed

General processing knowledge is considered an advantage.

Your English is fluent, both written and spoken. Additional languages are a strong plus.
