About the job

Di Nostro AB is looking for an experienced and service-oriented barista to join our team in Stockholm.

You will work in a modern café environment with a strong focus on quality, teamwork, and excellent customer service. We serve specialty coffee, pastries, sandwiches, and breakfast to our guests.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and espresso-based beverages
• Maintaining consistency and quality in coffee preparation
• Preparing sandwiches and light café food
• Taking orders and operating the cash register
• Providing friendly and professional customer service
• Keeping the café clean and organized
• Working closely with colleagues in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 5 years of barista experience (required)
• Has strong knowledge of espresso preparation and coffee equipment
• Is able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Has a strong customer service mindset
• Is responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
• Works well in a team

English is required. Swedish is considered a plus.

Employment Conditions

• Employment type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
• Start date: As agreed
• Salary: According to the collective agreement within the Swedish hotel and restaurant industry
• Location: Stockholm
