Klättermusen is looking for a People Operations Coordinator
Since 1975 Klättermusen has been a pioneer in making refined Scandinavian Mountaineering Equipment. Klättermusen is looking for an engaged and communicative People Operations Coordinator to join our growing HR team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about culture, internal communication, and creating an inspiring employee experience.
Responsibilities:
People & Culture
- Lead the cultural onboarding experience, ensuring new colleagues are introduced to Klättermusen’s brand, values, heritage, and ways of working.
- Support HR in parts of general onboarding and offboarding to ensure a smooth overall employee experience, Incl. maintain and update cultural onboarding materials.
- Coordinate internal cultural initiatives and touchpoints that strengthen belonging and reinforce the Klättermusen way of working across all teams and locations.
Events & Employee Engagement
- Plan and execute annual offsites, employee activations, and internal events.
- Own activity budgets and ensure initiatives support engagement and eNPS improvements.
- Drive culture‑building activities and internal engagement initiatives.
- Manage our pre-owned employee program of exchanging used KM gear
Internal Communication
- Share internal updates and company information in collaboration with HR.
- Publish weekly office updates, reminders, and relevant information.
- Continuously updating cultural and general information related intranet content.
Office Management (Åre HQ)
- Maintain a welcoming, functional, and inspiring office environment at the Åre headquarters.
- Lead daily office needs and the overall workspace experience.
- Coordinate external service providers (cleaning, IT support, access and keys, office supplies, etc.).
- Support the development of "best practice" standards for global office environments.
Health & Safety
- Support health & safety routines together with responsible roles.
- Coordinate emergency planning, safety communication, and signage in collaboration with HR.

Profile & Experience
- Experience from office management, coordination roles, hospitality, events, communication or other people-focused roles.
- Experience or interest in employer branding is considered an asset.
- A natural ability to build trust, create belonging and energize a workplace.
- Strong communication skills with a warm, engaging and structured tone.
- Experience organizing events, workshops or internal gatherings.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to foresee needs and take initiative.
- Interest in culture-building, employee engagement or internal communication.
The position is based in Åre and starts as soon as possible.
