Assignment Description

We are currently looking for a Principal UX Designer

What You Will Work On

• Collaborate with Product, Insights, Game, Art, and UI teams to design new features
• Map user journeys and create prototypes for innovative player experiences
• Develop scalable design systems that enhance gameplay depth
• Create and maintain UX documentation for features and design decisions
• Identify opportunities and propose new design solutions
• Use player data and insights to drive design improvements
• Design and evolve game economy systems to enhance player engagement and retention

What You Bring

• Strong experience in UX design methodologies and tools
• Good understanding of UI design and its impact on user experience
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to guide design decisions
• Experience working with data-driven and insight-led design approaches
• Player-focused mindset with passion for creating engaging experiences
• Understanding of mobile games, especially free-to-play (F2P) models
• Ability to rapidly prototype and communicate design concepts clearly
• Strong appreciation of UX/UI design in enhancing gameplay
• Fluent in English
