Senior Maximo Lead Developer

You will join an IT team supporting industrial maintenance and shopfloor services in a global manufacturing environment. In this senior role, you will take a leading position in the continued development and incident management of the Maximo platform, working closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and suppliers.

The assignment combines hands-on technical work with team leadership, giving you the opportunity to influence solution design, improve system quality, and support business-critical maintenance processes.

• Lead and mentor the developer team working with Maximo.
• Collaborate with production units and the Product Owner to understand needs and priorities.
• Support the business in describing incidents and defining requirements for suppliers.
• Assist the architect with detailed technical design decisions.
• Participate in development initiatives and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve functional and technical issues in Maximo.
• Contribute to integrations between Maximo and external systems.

• Strong experience with IBM Maximo, preferably Maximo Application Suite (MAS) or Maximo Manage.
• Experience configuring and customizing applications, objects, domains, and workflows in Maximo.
• Good understanding of the Maximo Business Object (MBO) Framework.
• Experience managing Security Groups, roles, and data restrictions.
• Hands-on experience with Database Configuration and Object Structures.
• Solid experience with the Maximo Integration Framework (MIF).
• Experience integrating Maximo with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP web services, and messaging platforms.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve both functional and technical Maximo issues.
• Proven ability to lead, guide, and mentor development teams.
• Fluent English.

• Experience with Kafka or other event-streaming platforms.
• Familiarity with middleware solutions such as ESB and API gateways.
• Experience designing and delivering enterprise-level integrations.
