Controller (Business Navigator) – Global Furniture Company

We are looking for a Controller (Business Navigator) for a consultancy assignment within a global furniture and retail organization. This is a full-time role (100%) from April 7th, 2026 to October 30th, 2026, based in Helsingborg with at least three days per week in the office.

About the Role

Key responsibilities:

• Support budgeting and forecasting
• Report and analyze financial outcomes
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in financial data
• Act as a business partner within the digital organization
• Support Group Financial Control and business units with ad hoc analysis
• Identify deviations, analyze root causes, and provide insights
• Contribute to improving financial processes and reporting

About you

Requirements: Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent 3+ years’ experience in controlling or business partnering

Skills: Strong analytical mindset and root cause analysis skills.Curious and eager to understand underlying drivers. Strong numerical and logical reasoning. Ability to work with complex stakeholder environments (e.g., IT/engineering). Excellent communication and listening skills. Ability to interpret and apply instructions. Experience with financial systems (e.g., SAP). Strong Power BI or similar tool skills
