Controller (Business Navigator) – Global Furniture Company
We are looking for a Controller (Business Navigator) for a consultancy assignment within a global furniture and retail organization. This is a full-time role (100%) from April 7th, 2026 to October 30th, 2026, based in Helsingborg with at least three days per week in the office.

About the Role

You will backfill an existing role, ensuring continuity while gaining exposure to strategic financial processes in a global setting.
What will this role achieve? You will support decision-making by providing financial insights, ensuring data quality, and contributing to planning and follow-up. The role strengthens financial transparency and enables data-driven decisions.
Key responsibilities:
- Support budgeting and forecasting
- Report and analyze financial outcomes
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in financial data
- Act as a business partner within the digital organization
- Support Group Financial Control and business units with ad hoc analysis
- Identify deviations, analyze root causes, and provide insights
- Contribute to improving financial processes and reporting
About you
Requirements: Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent 3+ years’ experience in controlling or business partnering
Skills: Strong analytical mindset and root cause analysis skills.Curious and eager to understand underlying drivers. Strong numerical and logical reasoning. Ability to work with complex stakeholder environments (e.g., IT/engineering). Excellent communication and listening skills. Ability to interpret and apply instructions. Experience with financial systems (e.g., SAP). Strong Power BI or similar tool skills
Personal attributes: Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive. Business-oriented with strong stakeholder management skills. Analytical and solution-driven. Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment. Collaborative and communicative
