Assignment Description

We are looking for a Process Engineer

What You Will Work On

• Develop User Requirement Specifications (URS) and Technical Specifications (TSP) for new equipment
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to define equipment and process requirements
• Participate in equipment design discussions and provide technical input
• Perform FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) and SAT (Site Acceptance Testing)
• Execute and document IQ/OQ (Installation Qualification / Operational Qualification)
• Ensure proper validation and qualification of manufacturing equipment
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Support implementation and optimization of manufacturing processes

What You Bring

• Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Experience in equipment design and manufacturing processes
• Hands-on experience with URS and technical specification documentation
• Experience performing IQ/OQ and FAT/SAT activities
• Strong technical understanding of production environments
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
