Assignment Overview

We are seeking a Change Leader with deep DevSecOps expertise

What You Will Work On

• Develop a new delivery and collaboration model based on DevSecOps principles.
• Define and document guiding principles, process flows, roles, and responsibilities.
• Design collaboration frameworks between development, operations, and security teams.
• Establish governance structures, KPIs, and follow-up mechanisms.
• Define a continuous improvement framework aligned with DevSecOps maturity.
• Develop an implementation roadmap with strong focus on change management and cultural transformation.
• Support stakeholder alignment across business and IT functions.
• Ensure the model aligns with the technical platform strategy while remaining tool-agnostic.
