You will take a leading role in strengthening how projects are governed, executed, and improved in a technology-driven robotics environment. This is a role for you who enjoy combining leadership with structure, process development, and close collaboration with the business.

As PMO Manager, you will lead and develop the PMO function while supporting project managers in applying shared ways of working across the organization. You will help create clear standards, improve execution practices, and ensure that project operations are aligned with broader business goals. You will work in a dynamic setting with many stakeholders, where your ability to turn strategy into practical guidance will make a clear difference. This is an interesting opportunity if you want to influence both day-to-day delivery and the long-term development of project governance in robotics.

• You will lead and develop the PMO function and support the growth of the team.
• You will coach project managers in applying project management methodologies, standards, and best practices.
• You will drive continuous improvements in project execution processes and help create more effective ways of working.
• You will ensure that project management policies, processes, and work instructions are used consistently across the organization.
• You will align local project operations with business objectives and contribute to better delivery performance.
• You will contribute to operational planning, process development, and recommendations related to project governance.
• You will collaborate with stakeholders across the business to create structure, clarity, and strong project support.
• You will manage and coach leaders and teams within the function, balancing strategic direction with hands-on support.

• Proven experience in project management and PMO leadership.
• Strong understanding of project governance, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience leading teams and driving process improvements.
• Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on operational support.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
