The Magnum Ice Cream Company is building a new global organization following the carve out from Unilever. As part of this journey, we are implementing a new global IT landscape including SAP S/4HANA and harmonizing business processes and data worldwide.

We are now looking for a Market Data Lead for the Nordic region who will play a key role in ensuring high quality data and a smooth transition to the new systems.

The role

You will lead data migration and master data deployment activities across the Nordic markets (Sweden, Denmark, Finland). Acting as the main point of contact for market data, you will coordinate efforts across business teams, IT, and global transformation teams to ensure data is accurate, structured, and ready for migration.

What you’ll do

• Lead and coordinate market data migration activities across the Nordics

• Align local master data with the global data model

• Drive data quality initiatives, including cleansing, transformation, and enrichment

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure data readiness for migration

• Support testing cycles, mock migrations, and go-live preparation

• Ensure validation and sign-off of data by local owners

• Provide post-go-live support (hypercare) for data-related issues

What you bring

• Experience in data migration and master data management, ideally within ERP or transformation programs

• Experience working in SAP environments, preferably involving ECC to SAP S/4HANA transformations

• Knowledge of data quality techniques, data profiling, and ETL tools

• Working knowledge of Python or similar tools

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving abilities

• Fluent in English
