Assignment Description

We are looking for a Senior AI Consultant

What You Will Work On

• Help the client initiate and accelerate AI-assisted software development
• Analyze the existing codebase and development processes to identify concrete AI use cases
• Demonstrate how AI/LLMs can support refactoring, code analysis, debugging, and development workflows
• Work hands-on with the engineering team to integrate AI tools into their daily development practices
• Set up AI assistants, internal tools, or automation workflows to improve productivity and code quality
• Coach and enable the team so they can independently continue AI-driven improvements
• Support transformation initiatives in complex or security-sensitive environments
• Drive best practices for safe, scalable, and efficient use of AI in software engineering

What You Bring

• 8+ years of experience in software development
• Practical, hands-on experience using AI/LLMs in development work
• Strong background working with legacy code, re-engineering, and modernization
• Experience coaching teams and driving technical and cultural change
• Experience setting up AI assistants, internal developer tools, or automation frameworks
• Comfortable working in complex, regulated, or security-sensitive environments
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams
• Fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written
