You will join a complex SAP finance environment where business development depends on stable, well-designed solutions across Record to Report. In this role, you use your SAP and business expertise to shape future improvements, support rollout and project design, and help ensure alignment with a global template.

• You analyze business requirements and turn them into effective SAP Finance solutions.
• You design and configure functionality within SAP FICO, with a strong focus on Payments, Banking, BCM, Electronic Bank Statements, Cash Management, and Treasury in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA.
• You write technical specifications for new functionality when needed and support implementation together with cross-functional and technical teams.
• You test, support, maintain, and optimize the Record to Report solution over time.
• You contribute to rollout planning and project design to ensure alignment with the global template.
• You guide colleagues, share knowledge with the team, and help create clarity around complex finance, accounting, and SAP topics.
• You support change and transport management in collaboration with relevant stakeholders and tools in the SAP landscape.

• 10+ years of experience in SAP Finance.
• Strong expertise in design, concepts, principles, and configuration within Payments, Banking, BCM, Electronic Bank Statements, Cash Management, and Treasury in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA.
• Solid experience in the SAP Finance and Controlling area.
• Experience analyzing business requirements and identifying effective solutions.
• Experience configuring SAP solutions and/or writing technical specifications for new functionality.
• Experience testing, supporting, and maintaining SAP Finance solutions in a long-term perspective.
• Ability to explain complex finance, accounting, and SAP-related topics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Good understanding of financial processes in large organizations.
• Experience working independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional and technical teams.
• Experience with SAP transport and change management tools such as STMS, Solution Manager, and ActiveControl.
• English proficiency.

• Experience in SAP Treasury solutions including MM, FX, Yield Curves, Cash Pool, and Sweeps.
• Experience or hands-on knowledge in FICA-Payments.
• Participation in 3+ implementation projects.
• Experience developing WRICEF objects from a functional point of view.
• Experience from the retail industry, especially SAP FI-CA.
• Experience from Swift integrations.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, such as SAFe.
