Assignment Description

We are looking for a Data Enablement Manager with a background in QA

What You Will Work On

• Drive adoption of AI-driven data platforms across business functions
• Translate technical insights into business-relevant value propositions
• Create and maintain onboarding materials, documentation, and user guides
• Support internal communication and data literacy initiatives
• Build strong stakeholder relationships across technical and business teams
• Guide teams in taking ownership of their data and processes
• Establish feedback loops to monitor platform usage and trust levels
• Define and implement data usage standards and best practices
• Collaborate with analytics teams to continuously improve solutions

What You Bring

• Experience in stakeholder management and internal communication in technical environments
• Ability to create structured content such as documentation, guides, presentations, or training materials
• Comfortable working with data and analytics tools; SQL knowledge is an advantage
• Experience in QA or understanding of quality processes in AI-based products is a plus
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Swedish is considered an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-driven with the ability to take ownership and work independently
